To start a return, please email us at info@vanishbrand.shop with your order details.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label to send your item(s) back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price of the item(s)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or item, please:
- Submit a return request for a refund
- Place a new order for the correct item
Lost or Stolen Packages
VANISH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect or Invalid Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer
- If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or invalid address, you must contact us at info@vanishbrand.shop
At that point, you may choose to:
- Receive a refund (excluding shipping), or
- Have the order re-shipped
